In our sessions, we focus on retraining your overprotective nervous system.
This may include:
Cognitive Hypnotherapy to update subconscious patterns.
Pain and anxiety education to reduce fear.
Trauma-informed somatic awareness.
Breath re-education to stabilise physiology.
Gradual exposure to sensations within your window of tolerance.
Clarifying values, boundaries and capacity.
Each session is tailored to your unique needs, circumstances and preferences. This isn’t scripted or one-size-fits-all.

What a Course of Work Looks Like
Most clients begin with weekly sessions.
We assess what’s happening, clarify your goals, and build a structured plan together. Some clients work short term around a specific issue. Others prefer deeper integration over time.
There are no long-term contracts. We review progress together.
