I have had three separate but severe periods of trauma in my life, which together had left me with self hatred and feeling completely overwhelmed and fearful of never feeling happy or purposeful again. I had about 6 sessions with Ella and feel that it helped on a number of levels. I have always had back pain and suffer from several spinal issues. I especially benefitted from learning the TRE sequence to release pain. After my first session of this I was pain free for 5 weeks. This had never happened before.

Ella also coached me through some pain release visualisations and helped me to reframe and manage my pain differently. She also helped me to relax, providing personal meditation audios for me. These were incredibly effective.Together we moved through some visualisations for the future.

I feel all in all the combination of techniques, added to Ella’s bright, kind and clear personality and manner helped me to really move through some pain and away from old patterns. I now have the tools to practice the techniques at home. The pain is much less.

“I have had anxiety all my life, but lately I had also been suffering severe health anxiety which was triggering frequent migraines and auras. There was a long wait for NHS talking therapies so I looked for other types of help to try while I waited.

While looking I found Ella’s website and I was drawn to what she had to say. I had tried Hypnotherapy before without success- because I was unable to build a good relationship of trust with the therapist- but this seemed different, and with a free call what did I have to lose?

I arranged the call and explained what I was going through, including my previous experience of Hypnotherapy. Ella understood what I was saying and listened.

I sought out help from Ella due to anxiety surrounding driving. Despite being able to regulate my thoughts about driving logically, I was plagued by physical symptoms of anxiety that made the thought of driving difficult. I recently had my first TRE session with Ella. I really didn’t know what to expect but Ella explained and demonstrated everything really clearly.

I have been suffering with very constricted hips and lower back that stretching and massage was not really helping. After doing the very straightforward preparation exercises I then started to experience the release tremors.

I had been suffering with severe anxiety for about 18 months when I went to Ella. I mean severe. It had taken over my life and I thought I was going crazy. I had had some attacks so bad that I had been taken to A&E by ambulance with suspected heart issues.

I tried everything. NHS counselling, private counselling, CBT therapy, aromatherapy and lastly medication. Nothing really worked. Then one day after a particularly bad anxiety attack I had a lightbulb moment- hypnotherapy! Why not, I thought. At this point I was willing to try anything. I was so glad I did.

Ella is a wonderful therapist. The treatments that she gives are healing in a physical sense and holistic in the way she seems to be able to read where I am mentally.

The therapy itself is great and I always feel wonderful afterwards with fewer aches and pains- especially with my neck area where I have a lot of problems. Ella is extremely professional, kind and caring.

“I started struggling with extreme health anxiety after the traumatic 3 day birth of our wonderful daughter. It was during the pandemic, coupled with financial pressures, and severe lack of sleep from our newborn, that everything started to become too much.

I would find myself crippled with anxiety, Googling different types of horrendous diseases, feeling as though my nervous system was completely fried and wired at the same time.
