Who is this Supervision for?

My supervision is designed for Hypnotherapists working with trauma, chronic pain, anxiety, stress, burnout, fatigue and health conditions.

This is a reflective, collaborative supervision space where we explore your work through:

  • A nervous system and pain science lens

  • Trauma-informed awareness and pacing

  • Relational dynamics between therapist and client

  • Ethical decision-making and safeguarding

  • Your own internal responses, signals, and instincts

Alongside practical guidance, there is space to explore what is happening beneath the surface- both in your client, and in you as the practitioner.

This supports your ongoing development, competence, clinical clarity, confidence, and trust in yourself as well as your work.

This structured guidance will help you grow as a Hypnotherapist, and ultimately benefits your client by providing a safe container for your work with them.

Supporting a Sustainable Therapy Practice

A sustainable practice is important to manage effective clinical work.

Alongside supervision, there is space to explore the realities of running a Hypnotherapy practice, including:

  • Managing session load, energy, and capacity

  • Setting clear and supportive boundaries

  • Navigating quieter periods or inconsistent enquiries

  • Communicating the value of your work clearly and confidently

  • Refining your niche and positioning

These conversations are always individually tailored to you, paced to your current output level, and respecting of your personal principles.

What Makes This Supervision Different

My work integrates:

  • Cognitive Hypnotherapy

  • Pain Neuroscience Education (understanding chronic pain, fatigue, central sensitisation and autoimmune conditions through a biopsychosocial lens)

  • Trauma-informed somatic approaches

  • Functional breath re-education

  • Health coaching and behavioural change

This allows us to explore your client work from multiple perspectives, including cognitive, physiological, emotional, and behavioural- while staying grounded in the lived experience of your client, and the interaction of their nervous system with yours.

There is also a strong focus on:

  • Sustainable clinical practice

  • Recognising early signs of overload or depletion

  • Developing a way of working that supports both you and your client’s progress over time

  • Adhering to the Code of Ethics and GDPR, as well as being led by your own values to maintain the highest integrity in your work and to keep your clients safe as a priority.
