My Aim

I believe everyone has the right to excellent physical, mental and emotional health. Given the right conditions, the body and mind are capable of profound change.

My aim is to empower you to create those conditions- so that you can experience greater happiness, clarity and freedom in your life.

This may mean:

  • Not being controlled or defined by pain or anxiety

  • Letting go of the effects of trauma

  • Rebuilding trust in your body

  • Sleeping more deeply

  • Breathing more easily

  • Finding more purpose, meaning and joy in your life

  • Releasing any limiting beliefs, patterns and behaviours that are holding you back

  • Improving your relationships, including the one you have with yourself

At its core, this work is about helping you reconnect with your true self.

She is kind and gentle, and I felt safe and cared for. I felt at home in the hands of a skilled practitioner. It has been a soul enhancing experience and I know I will visit again

How I work

Persistent pain, anxiety and stress-related symptoms do not mean you are broken. They are signs of a nervous system that has learned to be too protective.

My work is based on the understanding that the unconscious mind and the nervous system work together to shape how we experience pain, stress and safety.

Rather than focusing only on managing symptoms, we work with the underlying patterns that keep your system on high alert.

Through Cognitive Hypnotherapy, trauma-informed somatic therapy, pain science education and breath re-education, we build nervous system flexibility- increasing your capacity, adaptability and trust in your body.

This approach is integrative. Each modality supports the others. The goal is not to “fix” you, but to create the conditions in which your nervous system and subconscious mind can respond differently.

Sessions are personalised, collaborative and delivered online. I am trauma-informed, inclusive and LGBTQ friendly. If finances are a barrier, please ask- I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spaces.
