What to expect
I offer online integrative therapy for women suffering from anxiety, persistent pain, trauma and stress.
Working together is collaborative, structured and responsive to you as an individual.
Sessions are trauma-informed and grounded in nervous system understanding. We focus on identifying the patterns driving your symptoms and building capacity in a sustainable, manageable way.
We start wherever you are.
When we work together
Each session is tailored to you as an individual, and each session will be different than the last. No two sessions will be the same. We create a plan when we first meet and review it regularly as the work progresses.
I aim for you to feel shifts early on, though most issues require multiple sessions and build over time.
The first session
Our first session gives us space to explore what has brought you here.
We’ll look at your history, clarify your goals, and begin identifying the protective responses shaping your current experience.
From there, we agree on a clear direction.
We will then take the first steps in that direction.
This is our longest session, up to 90 minutes.
Ongoing sessions
Each session builds on the last.
We may work cognitively, somatically, or through focused subconscious work depending on what feels most helpful that week.
Some women notice shifts quickly. For others, change unfolds more gradually. We review progress together and adjust as needed.
Most clients begin with weekly sessions, and we decide together what feels supportive as we move forward.
Ongoing sessions are usually 1 hour each. I also offer 2 hour sessions.
We will discuss all options and agree on the best course of action before we start working together.
Between sessions
Where appropriate, you may receive simple practices to support your nervous system between sessions.
If we use Cognitive Hypnotherapy, I will create a personalised audio recording for you, so that the work continues outside our time together.
The aim is integration and momentum.

I offer a free, 30-minute introductory call for all new clients.
This is a chance for us to explore what has been happening, ask questions, and decide whether working together feels right.
