What is Emotional Freedom Technique? (EFT)

EFT, also known as Tapping, is a way of decreasing the impact of negative emotions by tapping on specific parts of your face and body whilst acknowledging the issue and accepting yourself in your current circumstances.

It is taught as a self help tool- once you have gone through the process under guidance, you will have the confidence and ability to use it by yourself whenever you need to.

EFT is a quick, effective way to dial down the intensity of difficult feelings, reduce stress hormones, and bring you back to a state of balance and calm.

EFT works as a stand alone therapy and also combines well with Cognitive Hypnotherapy and Pain Neuroscience Education.
