What are the benefits of being a Member?
Being a Member of Breath Body Mind has several benefits-
A once a week online group session, on Mondays at 8pm GMT, to heal and grow in a supportive community of other women.
Each session is an hour long opportunity to rest and receive, with a different topic each week. Every topic is centred around a theme of self care.
Members can choose which topic they would like me to address.
Every week is recorded, and the recordings are available in the Member’s area, so if you miss a session you can catch up whenever you want to.
The live sessions will help you to reduce anxiety, stress, depression, and pain. They will allow you to let go of limiting beliefs and create a new story for yourself, whilst promoting balance and healing for your body and mind.
The live sessions use a combination of guided imagery, Yoga Nidra, Emotional Freedom Technique, creative visualisation, affirmations, Havening, somatic awareness, breathwork, parts work and more- all designed to create safety in your nervous system and work with your subconscious in a beneficial, supportive and positive way.
I send out some journal prompts via our Whatsapp group the next day, as a way to reflect on the session.
Additionally, all Members have access to a bank of Hypnotherapy/ Guided Meditation audios, all written and recorded by me.
With one new recording added each and every week, there is plenty of topics to choose from, to support you in your healing process.
All of this for just £20 a month- about the same as a cup of coffee a week! With the flexibility to cancel at any time, this is the most affordable way of working with me and to benefit from my unique approach.
