I run these weekly online sessions from my practice in West London, and welcome my Members from all over the UK and abroad.

How It Works

  • Weekly live online session (Mondays 8pm GMT)

  • Camera and microphone optional

  • A different topic each week

  • Themes include pacing, self-compassion, values, boundaries, self care, regulation, gratitude

  • Recordings available in the members area

  • Growing library of guided Hypnotherapy audios

  • Optional journal prompts the following day
