My Approach
I’m not going to ‘fix’ you- because you aren’t broken. I believe that everyone has the ability to heal themselves given the right tools and resources.
My goal is to help you discover those resources and give you tools to help you regain control of your mental, emotional and physical health.
I can address a wide range of issues using multiple modalities, using my understanding of how the unconscious mind and the nervous system work to regulate health. Through these lenses, I can address many types of emotional, physical and mental pain.
Working with TRE, breathing techniques, PNE, and Hypnotherapy for anxiety, stress and chronic pain means that I am able to cover many angles and increase the likelihood of successful outcomes.
I am trauma-informed and inclusive. I don’t want to exclude those who may be less able to pay, so please ask if you are in financial difficulties as I have a limited amount of discounted sessions.
I work 1 to 1 online offering several types of therapeutic approaches including Trauma Release Exercises, Buteyko Breathing, Neurolinguistic Programming, Health Coaching, Pain Neuroscience Education and Cognitive Hypnotherapy, in West London and online.
Working online allows me to help you wherever you are in the world, from the comfort and safety of your own home.

My extensive training and personal experience of overcoming chronic pain, anxiety and trauma allows me to be uniquely skilled at addressing people’s mental, emotional and physical health needs from all angles.
I’m especially dedicated to supporting people to eliminate anxiety, reduce/ remove perception of chronic pain, reduce stress, move on from trauma, improve sleep patterns, correct breathing dysfunction, assist people to stop smoking, improve quality of life if living with health conditions, and restore proper balance to the breath, body and mind.
