After the initial 90 minute consultation, I offer either 1 hour or 2 hour sessions, if choosing to work on an ad-hoc basis.
The 90 minute consultation is £90, or £70 if we agree to work at a reduced rate. (My reduced rate is only available to those on a low income/ benefits, and I have limited availability for these sessions.)
Subsequent sessions are £90 for 1 hour, or £70 for my reduced rate.
The 2 hour sessions are £180. The reduced rate is £140.
Each Cognitive Hypnotherapy client will receive personalised Hypnotherapy recordings to continue to progress and improve between sessions.
